Leading telco-as-a-service provider PingCo has instated former NTT Cloud Communications ANZ sales director Erhan Boduk as head of TCAP’s global reseller program.
Boduk joined PingCo after being introduced to TCAP and realizing the market opportunity for the product. “The appeal of working with PingCo in the SaaS space and carving out a piece of the multi-billion-dollar stake in the telecommunications industry was hugely appealing,” he said.
With over 10 years of senior sales experience in telecommunications and IT, Erhan brings a strong network of worldwide partnerships to PingCo. “Erhan is a proven sales professional, and has years of experience in the SI/MSP/Telco industry with a great reputation,” said PingCo CEO Daniel Pearson. “He has been entrenched in the UC platform journey over the last 10 years across multiple organisations, and is a thought leader in this space. I’m really excited he has decided to join us.”
Over the past decade, Erhan has held senior positions in business development and account management at Ensyst, Optus and NTT Cloud Communications. Erhan was instrumental in Optus’ Teams Calling success in the Australian market, with his business development team spearheading the platform’s rollout.
“Telcos and the reseller channel that stretches to MSPs/SIs are in state of disruption and are seeking ways to differentiate their voice offerings. The challenge for them is how can they deploy in an automated fashion and manage the process effectively to increase profitability in an ever-competitive market. Boduk’s appointment is an indicator of PingCo’s strong market position, rounding out a suite of top executive hires for 2021–2022.
